Mattie has been playing with some plastic eggs that he got on Easter. He figured out how to open them right away, but he has been working on putting them back together. This afternoon he sat still for 5 minutes just trying to figure out how to make the egg whole, and after some trial and error, he did it! He was so proud of himself, he waved the whole egg in the air and had a look of accomplishment on his face. He then went on to take it apart and put it back together several more times. omg that is so cute--he really does pick things up so fast!! I wish I could have seen him wave the egg in the air...
