I can't believe that just two weeks ago I was in the hospital feeling the worst that I have ever felt in my life! It was so hard to be away from Matthew for 6 days (He didn't even get to visit me while I was there but for one short 20 minute visit), but he was in good hands. I am finally starting to be able to interact and take care of him myself as of the last day or two, which is such a relief. I missed doing all of the "Mom" duties and all of the play times (not to mention being tired/annoyed of being so sick and so dependent on other people). Hopefully by Christmas I'll be back to my old self (sans the vertigo) and all of this will be behind us. I am just so thankful for everyone that helped Matt, Matthew, and me out these past two weeks (and I'm sure that will be continuing to help out for the next week or so :) ). We don't know what we would've done without everyone! Monday, December 17, 2007

Glad you're getting better...see you Saturday
If this is a life long fix, you chose the best course of action. I am so glad the surgery went well.
