Christmas Eve

Brittney, Aykut, Matt, Matthew and I all went over to Papa and Nana's house to celebrate Christmas Eve. We all had a lot of fun playing games, making gingerbread bear cookies, and just hanging out and enjoying each other's company. Matthew was excited about Christmas, although he would become nervous when we talked about Santa coming to bring presents during the night. The Santa at the mall really scared him!

I would love to know what goes on inside his little head. He would just sit and look at the presents, but he was real good about being patient and knowing that they were to be opened Christmas day.

He had fun mixing the dough and cutting out the shapes for the gingerbread bears. However, we never did get to decorate them because by the time they were cooked and cooled he was on to bigger and better things-which included playing ping pong and making silly noises on the karaoke machine.
