Meredith Marie

My little Merebear is growing up so fast! I really am amazed that she is already 10 1/2 months old. She has such a sweet personality and is extremely even tempered. She loves exploring her world around her and is babbling up a storm, saying things like "mama", "dada", "baba", among other random repetitive, nonspecific sounds. If you ask Matthew, she also says words like "hammer", "nails", "Matthew", and "Lily" ;) She has been sitting up on her own for awhile now, but as of last week she is now able to get into the sitting position completely on her own. She is currently cutting her eighth tooth and is an awesome eater. She wants to try whatever we are eating and is great at eating finger foods as she is a pro at picking up small objects with her thumb and forefinger. She likes to play a game where she will hand me a toy, I take it and say thank you which causes her to laugh, hand it back to her, which also cracks her up, then she hands it back to me, and so forth. She weighs 15.9 lbs as of today and is 29.25 inches tall, which puts her in the 3-4% for weight and 25% for height. She is such a joy and is always smiling and giggling. She's my happy little princess :)
