Meredith had her 12 month check-up this afternoon.  She wasn't happy about the three shots nor the finger prick, but other than that she is doing superb.  She now weighs in at a whopping 16 lbs 3 oz, keeping her in the 3% for weight, and she is 27.75 inches long, which is the 10% for height.  I'm currently weening her from nursing, *sniff sniff* I'm sad about this as it is something that I love to do for her.  She has a ravenous appetite and insists on trying any and everything that she sees people eating.  Her bottom two molars are starting to come in and the top gum is swollen so I'm sure those will be cutting soon.  Her favorite game is taking objects in and out of some sort of container or bag.  She laughs at everything and "talks" all the time.  She has such a happy disposition.  I love my little petite princess :)
