Snow Day!

We awoke this morning to lots and lots of white, fluffy snow, so much so that Matthew's school was closed.  The kids were dying to get outside and play and I was able to stall them until 9 am before there was just no keeping them out any longer.  In a way this was Meredith's first time playing in snow because she was so young last Winter and probably doesn't even remember it

 Lily took one step outside and promptly turned around to charge back into the warm house

I didn't want Meredith out for very long because it's so cold and she doesn't have a snow suite or snow boots yet-however she didn't care.  She would have stayed out for hours, even after having her first face plant in the snow.  She did have a fit when I brought her in, but her cheeks were so red that I had no choice

 I need to get some snow pants and boots myself so I can jump around in the snow with my two snow angels :)
