Meredith is turning 2! Her birthday is Wednesday, so we celebrated yesterday when Nana, Papa, Great Nana, Brittney, and Aykut could come join in the festivities. Matthew has been so excited for his little sister and couldn't wait to help her party the afternoon away :)

Matthew had no reservations about jumping right in and helping Meredith unwrap gifts
Being the great big brother that he is, Matthew was glad to test out the toys for his sister
I decided to bake Meredith's cake from scratch this year-rich chocolate with pink cream cheese frosting. It might not have looked spectacular, but it was made with lots of love :)
Meredith was ready to take a nap in her new sleeping bag after all of the fun times and cake eating
