Although we live five minutes away from Abbott's farm and have driven past it countless times in the past five years, today was the first time we actually stopped (got rear ended) , tromped around the farm with the kids, picked apples, and explored their corn maze. It was a fabulous Fall day!

Unless I'm completely blanking out, this was not only the kids first time picking apples, but my first time as well. The kids and I will be making apple pie, apple cake, apple cobbler, and piles of apple slices in the next few days :)
