Halloween At Elden Elementary

This year, Matthew was able to celebrate Halloween at his school and I was lucky enough to get to be a volunteer in his classroom to witness the fun event.  All of the kids wore their costumes to school and at one point the whole school had a costume parade outside for parents and whomever to come and watch.  His class did a lot of fun centers and Matthew showed me all about his classroom and friends.  He did start to feel sick part-way through, which was a big bummer, but overall we enjoyed every minute of Halloween and kindergarten

After reading a book about a skeleton with the hiccups, Mrs. Strathdee demonstrated why a skeleton couldn't drink water to rid himself of the hiccups :)
